There are times in life, after a long stressful day, when you just want to sink into a tub filled with hot steamy water and luxurious bubbles. This soak takes care of all of those stressors and leaves your body feeling ache free and relaxed. Rose is one of those fragrances that is relaxing yet uplifting. Thymes Kimono Rose Bubble Bath is not a heavy floral rose, like those of yesteryear. This rose is a sheer floral with an uplifting rose essence and fizzy notes of clementine and enticing cassis, along with white peony and jasmine petals. Vanilla leaves a sensual finish.
This bubble bath is not like the bubble bath you grew up with. It is rich and decadent. Pour into a tubful of water for sparkling, silken bubbles that are moisture-rich and carrying the effervescent scent of Kimono Rose. The bubble bath has glycerin and extracts of rose, peony, aloe vera and magnolia bark to add moisture to the skin.
What I really like about this bubble bath compared to those that I grew up with is that is leaves my skin feeling moisturized and soft, not dry and itchy. The Kimono Rose Bubble Bath has wonderful humectants to attract moisture to the skin, because bubble baths have a tendency to really dry out the skin. This one is not a bad I found. It also bubbles very well and the scent is not overwhelming, the fragrance is not a true rose. It is a nice mixture of scents that makes it a pleasant aroma to use.
