Review: Organix Biotin & Collagen Shampoo and Conditioner #Organix

In addition to the luxurious moroccan argan crème sheer opulence masque (http://bit.ly/188sah0) that I reviewed the other day, I was able to try out Organix’s new thick & full biotin & collagen Shampoo and Conditioner. This line is a high performance blend of ProVitamin B7 and biotin that are infused into every strand and collagen to add increased volume. Hydrolyzed wheat protein strengthens hair to make it thick, fuller and healthier looking. Each of the line that Organix creates has specific properties to help the needs of your hair.  This line is safe for all hair types, especially color treated hair. The collection is NOT gluten free though.

The biotin & collagen shampoo is specific to aid in thickening, making hair feel fuller and more abundant. It adds texture to hair and also makes hair very shiny. This shampoo would be perfect for hair that is fine and needs to have increased volume. After shampooing, my hair didn’t feel as dry and brittle as it usually does. It felt much softer. This is due to the amount of biotin and collagen that is left in the hair from the shampoo of course.

The biotin & collagen conditioner is not too heavy and is the step that will seal the cuticle with an extra dose of biotin, collagen and hydrolyzed wheat protein to add the thickening feeling. I didn’t get to try the Amplyfying Lotion, however I am sure this leave in conditioner is the perfect last step in helping thin hair add volume and abundance. After conditioning, my hair felt very silky and soft. I blow dried it once without any styling aids to see how it would be, and it was silky, soft and very thick. My hair is normally very thick (I call it a lion’s mane) but I was definitely able to get more volume at the top than I usually do. For me, this is a plus!

The Organix biotin & collagen shampoo and conditioner are available from www.ulta.com, Ulta stores and mass market retailers nationwide in the United States. They retail for $7.99 each and are sometimes available for Buy One Get One Half Off. That is a great deal! Go to www.organixhair.com for more information on the line.
