I love eyeliner. It gives my small eyes the definition they need to look much larger. One brand that has a great eyeliner is Colorescience. Their crème-gel eyeliner goes on smooth, gives great definition to the eye and lasts all day long. It has the ease of a pencil, is just as easy to apply and is quick drying. There are no irritating ingredients and it’s free of the Colorescience 'NO' ingredients (no dyes, no alcohol, no fragrance, no talc, no harsh chemicals, and no mineral oil). Colorescience Gel Eyeliner is one of the longest wearing and provides intense pigment without smudging or fading
The easiest way to apply it is to press flat end of an eyeliner brush lightly along the base of lash line, using long sweeping strokes. Their website has shows two ways to do applications techniques. Some people have trouble getting the ‘cat’ eye down pat, so I am going to show you here. Below take a look at the basic application technique and the ‘cat’ eye/winged look. It really is quite easy when you learn how!
Below you can see how I have applied a thin line of eyeliner. I winged it out slightly up (my eyes turn downward so it always look like it turns down when my eyes are open). I try not to wing too far up so it doesn’t look too odd. Sometimes I will do a really big ‘cat’ eye. This photo demonstrates No. 1 from the one on the right up top.
