Disclosure: I’m participating in the Break Up with Your Makeup Blogger Contest Sponsored by Galderma Laboratories, L.P. My skin and its appearance is very important to me, and I try to make it look as nice as possible. I’m lucky to have never experienced symptoms of rosacea, but I have known many people who have. Rosacea is a treatable, chronic inflammatory skin condition and one of the most common symptoms is persistent facial redness. It’s estimated that 16 million Americans are affected by the condition
Unfortunately, not many people know it is treatable and instead cake on the makeup to conceal the redness. That’s why I’m excited that Mirvaso, the only FDA -approved treatment for the persistent redness of rosacea, is hosting this sweepstakes to raise awareness of the treatment, encouraging people to Break Up with Your Makeup. Mirvaso works fast, providing same day results that last up to 12 hours before the redness returns, leaving users red -carpet ready!
