Review: MitoQ Targeted Anti-Oxidant #MitoQ

mito q antioxidant
MitoQ Targeted Anti-Oxidant is a patented anti-oxidant capsule that helps to support and target the mitochondria in our cells. Mitochondria are essentially what are known at the cells “power plant”. They help to provide the optimal cell function in the heart, liver and brain. The capsules also help to boost energy and reduce free radical damage that over time cause our bodies to age and cause disease to be produced in the body. As we age our levels of CoQ10 and ubiquinone decline from age 20. It is important to supplement them with CoQ to boost energy levels and to support health conditions and when taking medicines that deplete CoQ (statins for heart disease). It is unfortunate that most CoQ formulas do not reach the mitochondria at levels that are needed.

MitoQ capsules are different. They have been designed to replenish anti-oxidant levels in the mitochondria and by doing this they assist in cell repair and regular function. It also acts to reduce the damage that excess free radicals cause to DNA and cell membranes. The MitoQ supplement, when taken with a good diet and regular exercise, will support healthy aging. The supplement dose is 2 capsules each morning. Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless directed by a physician. Consult a physician if you are pregnant or nursing. The supplement does not contain any animal products or gluten. The active ingredient is mitoquinol mesylate equivalent to 5mg mitoquinol.

I took this supplement for a month. I was not expecting to really notice a difference in anything. I am 43 years old. I have nerve damage from a tumor on my femoral nerve that left me to walk with a cane. I was also in a car accident a few years ago and hurt my back and shoulder. I had two surgeries last year, one on my back for a fusion and rotator cuff surgery. So, needless to say I get tired very easily. By noon I am wiped out every day. Well, after taking these capsule for a couple of weeks I did notice that I was not as tired as I had been. I was not feeling like I wanted to nap in the afternoon. Usually every afternoon I want to take a nap and lay down. But now I have a bit more energy. I am still tired but I do feel as if I can do a bit more until I am dragging along. I also get up at 5:30 every morning. And I am also able to get up in the morning without any problems. Is this due to the supplement? I think it might be. That is the only new thing that has been added to my life. For me I think it is safe to say that the MitoQ supplements added more energy to my life.
