madhippie facial oilI have mentioned many times that I love facial oils. They can be used on any skin types and are great for hydrating dry skin, keeping skin moisturized and helping to keep skin looking younger. Mad Hippie has a very nice Antioxidant Facial Oil that is made from many oils that are great at hydrating skin all while protecting it against photoaging.

This Antioxidant Facial Oil contains preservative free ingredients that help keep skin looking younger, which is a great way to naturally moisturize skin. Argan oil provides a non-comedogenic hydration to skin while naturally occurring triterpenoids help heal scar tissue, reducing inflammation and protecting skin. It also contains 80% essential fatty acids as well as naturally occurring Vitamin E. It helps to moisturize and revitalize skin. Sea buckthorn berry is rich in Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, K, P, carotenoids, flavonoids, phenols, folic acid and fatty acids. It is also the only plant in the world to contain all the omega 3, 6, 7 & 9 together. Blueberry extract is a superfruit that is rich in antioxidants including Vitamins A and C that protect the skin by neutralizing free radicals. This extract also has been shown to reduce the rigidity of capillary walls underneath the skin, promoting circulation and it aids in the reduction of redness and flushing of the skin. Pomegranate oil is a potent antioxidant that is a high source of ellagic acid (a polyphenol), that has been shown to inhibit the growth of skin cancer. It also has been shown to reduce the effects of ultraviolet rays and skin discoloration. Camu camu berry is an Amazonian berry that has 30 times the Vitamin C of an orange. Broccoli extract reduces UV induced redness and inflammation. Raspberry seed extract is high in antioxidants such as Vitamins E, A and omega fatty acids 3 & 6. It is also known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-septic qualities. It’s also high in ellagic acid, the polyphenol that provides UV protective benefits. Strawberry extract is another antioxidant rich berry that has UV protective effects on the skin. Goji berry contains 18 vital amino acids, zinc, selenium, phosphorus and vitamins B1, B2, B6, C & E. They provide the skin with essential nutrients and antioxidants. Hemp seed extract is rich in omegas 3, 6 and 9 as well as providing the skin with instant moisturizing and protective benefits. Grape seed extract is one of nature’s most potent antioxidants. It also inhibits UV generated skin damage and protect against free radicals. Sunflower seed oil is rich in A, D and E as well as fatty acids. It has natural moisturizing and anti-inflammatory effects on the skin.

This oil has so many natural oils and extracts in it. They all provide great benefits and are excellent anti-aging superpowers. Use of the oil daily should provide excellent skin benefits that help to keep photoaging to a minimum and it also fights off free radicals. Use daily, apply a few drops to palms and massage on face. This is a last step in the skincare process. The Antioxidant Facial Oil provides super hydration and moisturization to skin.

Mad Hippie Antioxidant Facial Oil comes in a 1.02 fl.oz./30 mL bottle and retails for $24.99.
