I have mentioned a few times that I have become a huge fan of the Algenist skincare line. The line is a very advanced line that uses alguronic acid and microalgae oil for anti-aging purposes. I have tried a number of products from the line, from a mask to one of the serums, one of the facial oils and a couple of the cleansers. All of which were top notch, fabulous skincare products! Algenist just came out with a new cleanser, the Ultimate Anti-Aging Melting Cleanser.
This cleanser is a luxurious melting cleanser that combines the best of biotechnology to offer an unparalleled sensorial experience. The formula contains both alguronic acid and microalgae oil to visibly replenish and smooth skin. The cleanser transforms by melting into a silky oil to gently and effectively remove all traces of long-wearing makeup, dirt and debris. When it comes in contact with water the lightweight oil turns into a milky emulsion that rinses clean to wash away all impurities, leaving skin cleansed, soft and radiant looking. This cleanser was tested on 50 women. 100% of the women reported that their skin impurities were gently dissolved after 1 day of use. 100% of them reported that their skin felt nourished and hydrated after 1 day of use. 98% felt that all traces of makeup were quickly and gently removed. 96% felt that skin was balanced and toned.
How did I like the Ultimate Anti-Aging Melting Cleanser? I loved it! I was already a huge fan of their Purifying & Replenishing Cleanser (http://bit.ly/1rA17k9). This cleanser goes on like a light lotion then immediately turns into an oil. The oil lifts off dirt, debris and makeup (even eye makeup). Add water and it emulsifies into a lotion. The lotion rinses away, leaving skin feeling soft, clean and hydrated. I like this cleanser as much as the Purifying & Replenishing Cleanser, which says a lot, since that is my favorite cleanser. After repeated use the alguronic acid and microalgae oil should help leave skin looking better, feeling nourished, looking more radiant and more hydrated.
