Review: Nutrition Wizard Plus

nutrition wizard plus

This is a website where you can enter any recipe/ingredient list and instantly you will see the nutritional information associated with the recipe: calories, vitamins, fat, etc. It has a subscription fee of $5.95 per month and definitely is worth it if you are on a special diet (diabetes, any diet or need nutritional information for your meals). Just copy paste the ingredients into the menu and voila! You will have the information you need at your fingertips. You can save the recipes or export the data. All nutritional information is based on age, gender, height, weight and activity level. It provides detailed information for 30+ nutrients.

I liked how I was able to enter any recipe or ingredient list and find nutritional information instantly. Really, it was very easy to use and gave me information just like that. I think this is a great idea for those who need to know the calorie and fat count for foods. It is an inexpensive way to get information on ingredients and recipes. The only thing is you cannot use it for restaurant meals.

Disclosure: I received one or more of the products mentioned above in exchange for review from Giveaway Service website. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers. Reference ID: pmc850c535b6b72487b20cee5d7434506d
