Sharp knives are a key component of a good kitchen. So when your knives become dull, your food suffers. Am I telling the truth? Yes, I am. Food needs to be cut with a properly sharpened knife. I finally have a good knife sharpener. This sharpening system is nice because it can be suctioned to the counter top and then it has two areas for sharpening. First you sharpen it on one side then finish on the other. Out comes a greatly different knife than what went in. A sharp knife. I really like this system. And the suction is very strong. It does not come off easily. It has to be extracted with a touch of the button. So there is no fear that you will cut yourself. This comes in two colors, blue and green.
I tried it on my dullest knives and it brought them alive again. And I also tried it on my knives that were kind of serrated but not completely, and it helped them too. It does not work for serrated knives though. It works for all other knives and it works in just a few minutes. I think that this is a great investment if you have dull knives and find that you need help. The way it works is you take the knive and stroke it back and forth along the metal edge inside. Then do it for the other side. It is not electric.
