· Inspiration: Inspired by the “blank canvas” concept of the collection and focusing on the artisanal quality around the canvas, Dick painted a “smudge” on the models’ eyelids as an abstract nod to the art student.

· Products:

o Eyes: Using the Eyeshadow Brush in Medium that was cut to create a chopped up art brush, jagged brush strokes were painted on the outer corners of the eyes using a white cream pigment similar to the white shade of the Luminizing Satin Eye Color Trio in Snow Shadow (GY901). Eyelashes were curled with the Shiseido Eyelash Curler and eyebrows were filled in as needed with the Shimmering Cream Eye Colors in Caviar (BK912), Sable (BR709), Leather (BR306), Sunshower (OR313) and Meadow (BE204) based on the models’ complexions.

o Face: Skin was kept clean and natural by applying the Synchro Skin Lasting Liquid Foundation (NEW for Spring 2016) minimally as needed after skin was prepped with the Ibuki Refining Moisturizer Enriched. For a matte finish, the Translucent Loose Powder was applied to the cheeks.

o Lip: The lip is kept bare with just a touch of the Benefiance Full Correction Lip Treatment.
