Review: Key West Aloe Aloe Facial Scrub #KeyWestAloe #AloeFacialScrub #facialscrub #aloe

(product photo courtesy of www.keywestaloe.com)

This Aloe Facial Scrub from Key West Aloe uses apricot seed and almond meal (which are natural exfoliants) to help get rid of dead skin cells that clog up pores. It also removes excess sebum from skin, which can also helps to clog up pores. Both of these are the leading cause of acne blemishes. Dead skin cell build up also causes skin to look dull and tired looking. Removing dead skin cells revitalizes skin, making it look fresh and new again. And skin’s texture becomes more smooth. This scrub also contains 10% aloe to help  hydrate the skin.

To use, wash or wet facials skin. Dispense a small amount onto fingertips. Massage onto face gently, using a circular motion. Avoid the eye area. Rinse thoroughly. Follow up with your favorite serums and moisturizers, especially something like Key West Aloe Skin Matrix. Should be used at least 2-3 times a week for best results.

I find that this scrub is best for normal, dry, oily or combination skins. Sensitive skin would not benefit from this scrub, as it would be too harsh for this skin type. Otherwise, this is a great scrub and it does exactly what is says it is going to do. It removes dead skin cells and excess sebum. The aloe in this product helps to hydrate the skin, leaving it feeling hydrated, not drawn and tight. Also see my review on the Key West Aloe Skin Matrix (http://bit.ly/22n9Ig6). That product really helps to keep skin hydrated, soft and supple.

Key West Aloe Aloe Facial Scrub retails for $12.00 (6 fl.oz./177 mL) and can be purchased online at www.keywestaloe.com and various retailers across the United States.
