Review: Jagua Tattoo Kit #JaguaTattoo #Tattoo #Henna

(product photo courtesy of www.earthhenna.com)

Ever want the look of a tattoo but just for a little while? I have the perfect thing for you!  The Jagua Tattoo Kit does the trick! This dyes the skin blue-black, just like the color of a permanent tattoo, then fades away completely in 10–14 days. It does not contain PPD or any other toxic chemicals. Does not require any needles for application and is completely pain-free. The jagua juice is now freeze-dried and has a one-year shelf-life before mixing! Just add water and mix to reconstitute the original Earth Jagua® Gel. The gel lasts 31/2 months when refrigerated. The kit comes with everything you need to create beautiful temporary tattoos that look like dead ringers for a permanent tattoo, including easy-to-use stencil transfers that make creating designs a snap. The kit makes 10-15 tattoos.

I had my daughters and one of their friends try out the kit. It was very easy to do. First you opened up the kit and followed the directions. The directions were easy to follow. You emptied the Jagua Gel into the plastic bag in to a cup. Then You added some water to the int the bottle.and mixed it together. Then you mixed the ink with the gel in the plastic bag. Cut a hole in the plastic bag and squeeze all the ink into the ink bottle. Then place a needle size on top. Voila! You are ready to go.

If you want to work with stencils, take some Eucalyptus oil, place it on the skin, then place the stencil on the skin for 30 seconds. Then apply the gel onto the stencil. My girls did all of theirs' freehand. Below are photos of the kit, the tattoos and how they looked after they developed. The tattoos take 24-48 hours to develop after you apply the gel. The gel is kept on for 2 hours.

Here are the tattoos created with the gel:

The Jagua Tattoo Kit retails for $20.36. It can be purchased from www.earthhenna.com

Until Next Time~
