How did I like the lotion? Personally, I loved it. It went on like a dream, sinking into the skin immediately upon application. My skin felt silky and soft, amazingly so. I adore how this lotion makes my skin feel. In the summer I don't really want to put much else on over top of it because it is so hot out. But I can see that in the winter I would want to put another cream on top of it. It is not heavy at all. In fact, this lotion is extremely lightweight. I use another light lotion on top of it even in the summer, usually a retinol or AHA product. This product is for moisture, even the driest of skins will find that they get good hydration from this. I would want to use other SkinMedica products because this one is so good. SkinMedica products are very popular with physicians and their practices. I think this is a great product for any skin type; especially dehydrated, dry and mature skins. I have combination skin and it works great for me. 

Use this product twice a day, after cleansing. Use after serums, but before you moisturize. It can also be used instead of a moisturizer in very hot weather.
