People always ask me if they need toner. It is kind of a tricky answer. It honestly depends on how your cleanser is, your skin type and if you like your skin to feel really clean. Toners do more than that. They also prepare the skin for what is to come: they prep the skin by restoring its pH level and on their own, they have ingredients in them that are wonderful, they prepare the skin for the following skincare products and can change the skin and make it feel great.
That brings me to DERMA E's Essentials Radiance Toner. This toner is more than just water with a little bit of rosewater in it. It has glycolic acid to remove extraneous dead skin cells. It is alcohol free to tone, tighten and brighten for a soft, smooth and luminous appearance.
