Mother's Day Gift Guide: CosyKiller Murder Monthly Subscription Box #MothersDayGiftGuide #CosyKiller #MurderMonthly #SubscriptionBox

If you have tried other subscription boxes and find them lacking either due to the effluence of products you get that you end up not using or possibly the amount of samples that end up in a big box in your closet, then maybe you should consider a different type of subscription box. This, by the way, is the perfect gift for Mother's Day, as it is for the reader.

CosyKiller is an annual murder mystery subscription box delivered directly to your door. Each box is packed with vintage memorabilia, keepsakes and intrigue.  Although you can pay as you go, it is highly recommended you start with box 1!  If you buy an annual subscription you can start anytime and you will always receive box 1 as the first box. Each story lasts a full year.  This means each box only contains part of the puzzle.  You’ll need a full year to solve the case. Isn't that exciting?
Cosykiller can be played by 1 person, or you can buy the subscription to play with a small group such as a book club, so you can discuss it together when each box arrives. It is the perfect thing to discuss over wine or a refreshing cocktail!  There is no role playing involved. You are the detective, and it’s your job to piece together what happened to Marie over the course of a year.
There are three to choose from: "An Inheritance of Murder", "The Curse of King Humanrah" and "Murder at Marlborough Manor". In "An Inheritance of Murder", it’s the 1930s. Marie Jones, a young woman from a wealthy family in England has been sent to India to stay with her aunt in order to find a suitable match for a husband and within the year Marie is found to be missing. Her lost journal is finally discovered under the floorboards of a local dwelling by an heir hunter. As the last known living relative of the family line, the journal falls into your possession. In "The Curse of King Humanrah", The Valley of the Kings is possibly the most prestigious dig site in Egypt for emerging Archaeologists with a reputation to establish. However when a dig goes horribly wrong, it falls to you to establish whether it was the Curse of King Humanrah or someone else with an axe to grind. Finally, in the "Murder at Marlborough Manor" It’s January 1939, war is looming in Europe and when a dead body is discovered following the fireworks display at a New Year celebration, it seems everyone is a suspect. The question is… why was Humphrey Falstaff killed?
I received the first chapter of "An Inheritance of Murder". I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how intrigued I was at this and how much I actually wanted to finish the chapter so I could get on to the next one. I really wanted to hear Marie's story. Each month is $40.00 (£25). Currently the only box available for the United States is the "Inheritance of Murder" box. This would definitely be a good gift for a Mother's Day present and is out of the box thinking. It made me miss my old monthly subscriptions to kids books when I was little.
Happy Mother's Day~
