ColourPop has become one of my favorite brands of late. Their products are great and they don't break the bank. Whenever they put out collections you can get the entire collection as a whole or get it broken up into piece-by-piece so you only get what you want. Most hardcore people like me get the whole collections!
In fact the Holiday 2018 Collections are phenomenal. They are bright and iridescent and just plain gorgeous. I cannot get into everything here but I will tell you that these are worth taking a look into and possibly gifting someone with.
