Beauty Trends For Spring: Popular Colors #Spring2019 #VibrantYellow #Yellow #PopularColor #BeautyTrends #SpringBeautyTrends2019 #iamthemakeupjunkie

Beauty Trends For Spring: Popular Colors
Vibrant Yellow 13-0858 TCX
Every year PANTONE picks a Color of the Year and associated color palettes that coordinate with that color of the year. This year the Color of the Year is Living Coral 16-1546. In one of the coordinating color palettes sits Vibrant Yellow 13-0858 TCX, Spring's hottest fashion and beauty shade. If you have looked around fashion magazines and catalogs these past few months then you'll notice that there are so many wonderful iltem popping up in Vibrant Yellow 13-0858 TCX. This color is Spring's accent color if you will indulge me for a moment.

Think of every season like s decorated apartment or house. You have your two base shade ant then your accent shade.Vibrant Yellow 13-0858 TCX is the accent shade that is a fresh pop of color anyone can wear. Yes, I said anyone. It is a warm shade but it is a warm shade that people with very cool undertones can pull off. Even a full length gown...

I personally just keep it to the lipstick or eyeshadow! Yellow eyeshadow looks very good on people with blue eyes, green eyes and hazel eyes. Those with gray or brown eyes can still use it but should not make it the focal point of their eyes. I would accent the inner corner of the eye or the center of the lids or the inner portion of the upper lids. Make it fun but not too excessive. Whereas, it I wanted to wake up my eyes with this shade on eyes like mine, use it all over the upper lids and use a nice chocolate shade in the crease, into the lower lid and a beautiful light gold under the brows.Or just go all out flower girl it and use it all over your eyes wish some liquid liner and mascara.

Here is the rest of the color palette you might see this spring with Vibrant Yellow 13-0858 TCX:

If you have noticed the spring makeup trends, the palettes that have been coming out lately have a lot of blues, a coral here or there and definitely a yellow too. One fo those palettes is tarte's new Icy Betch palette ($24). It doesn't include any yellows but has all of the blues and even a green. Why don't we go to the French Riviera with Anastasia of Beverly Hills ($45)? This palette has a yellow and a gold, perfect for making eyes look beautifully happy. ColourPop has their new Sweet Talk palette ($18) for Spring and it has a lovely golden yellow in it that is perfect for those who are beginners to wearing yellows and might be a little scared.

ColourPop Sweet Talk Palette ($18)

tarte Icy Betch Palette ($24)

Anastasia Beverly Hills Riviera Palette ($45)

Those are just a few of the palettes coming out this spring with a bright theme to them. Most of spring's palettes are very bright and spiffy this year. And most of them and the fashion lines include at least one yellow item in their collection.

How do you add to your collection without making it an eyesore or a fad? Add a yellow single eye shadow from Kylie Cosmetics or a yellow peasant blouse from Anthropologie that is absolutely gorgeous and will last more that one season. It's that easy.

Until Next Time~

Review: Charlotte Tilbury Goddess Skin Clay Mask #CharlotteTilbury #GoddessSkinClayMask #Mask #CTMakeup

(product photo courtesy of www.charlottetilbury.com)

2.5 oz./75mL $55.00
Recently I had the opportunity to do a little bit of purchasing so I finally purchased some items from Charlotte Tilbury. I have been wanting to for ages. I purchased the Goddess Skin Clay Mask, I had heard so many good things about it and I needed to know if it lived up to the hype,.

It does. It so does. This mask is a non-drying clay mask that leaves skin looking dewy and glowing. It features ingredients to help create the appearance of smaller pores, hydrated and more moisturized skin, fewer imperfections and glowing, dewy complexion. 85% of users agreed their skin appeared brighter after using this mask. The formula combines Spanish clay with Sweet Almond Oil to help nourish the skin. A BioNymph Peptide Complex promotes collagen production and elasticity of the skin. Frangipani Flower extract has moisturizing benefits and a delicate, sweet floral fragrance.

Even though this mask has a large amount of clay in it the Sweet Almond Oil keeps it from drying out and keeps your skin from becoming dry too. It exfoliates the skin, detoxifies it and brightens the skin all in one sitting. All while moisturizing the skin and hydrating it too! It is amazing what this mask can do. I love it. You only need to apply a very thin layer, wait 10 minutes then rinse off with warm water and use a final splash of cool water to tighten the pores. Your skin will look amazing. I promise.

Here I am wearing the mask:

Men Are Over 3 Times More Likely To Sleep With Someone On A 1st Date Than Women #Dating #Men #Women #Sex

Men are over three times more likely to sleep with someone on a first date than women.

A survey of 2,500 US adults has revealed that 13% of men compared with just 4% of women would sleep with someone on or after a first date.

An online poll* of 2,493 US adults conducted for Psychic Guild reveals 13% of males admit that they would sleep with someone on or after a first date, compared with just 4% of women.

The poll exposed that nearly twice as many females as males would either wait until marriage or abstain at 23% (the highest result of all categories in the survey) and 14% respectively.

The unanimous result for both genders combined is that 18% of the respondents would either wait until marriage or abstain, and the lowest figures across the board come from the 8 to 10 dates category.

The split also shows the highest result for males at 17% saying they would wait until the third date and the lowest at 3% saying that they would wait for 8 to 10 dates. The lowest result on the female side is also either 8 to 10 dates or 1 (the first) date.

Alice Ruffle, Editor at PsychicGuild.com comments, “It's interesting that by the 3rd date a whopping 40% of men would hope to sleep with their new partner by then. This compares with only 18% of women (less than half), which shows the sexual promiscuity of men over women.”.

“Furthermore, the 3rd date remains true for both genders - it is by far the most popular date by which couples would expect to sleep together.”

* Total sample size 2,493 adults. Fieldwork undertaken between 14th - 18th March 2019. Survey carried out anonymously online. Figures have been weighted and are representative of all US adults (aged 18+).

Review: Hair Turban Robe #HairTurbanRobe #Hair #Turban #Robe #wethair #shampooedhair

(product photo courtesy of www.hairturbanrobe.com)

Kelly Brown created The Hair Turban Robe when she got the bright idea one day after seeing herself in the mirror wearing a towel on her head like a turban with her robe, she quickly made a mockup of the item and had someone design it for her and she was off and ready to go! The Hair Turban Robe is great because it comes in two colors and two sizes: black and blue/green and three sizes (x-small/small, medium/large and large/x-large).

I tried the black in large/x-large. It fit me pretty well and I am 6'1" and am plus sized. Here is a pic of me in the robe:

I would think an XXL would fit me better. But this fit me well. It has a button on the back that you can hook the turban to. You hook the turban and then spin it around on your head getting all of the wet hair in your towel. The one I received was made from waffle weave material and is absorbent but not as absorbent as a regular towel. The towel does help wick away water from the hair though and is good at drying hair fairly well before you style it. Right now the way I am wearing it in the picture I am just demonstrating it. I would not wear it this way if my hair were wet.

The Hair Turban Robe retails for $50.00 and can be found online at www.hairturbanrobe.com. Buy one today if you need something like this and I am sure many of you do.

Review: La Claire Beverly Hills Ultra Clarifying Cleanser & Vitamin C Brightening Serum #LaClaire #UltraClarifyingCleanser #VitaminCSerum

(product photos courtesy of www.laclaireskincare.com)

La Claire Beverly Hills Ultra Clarifying Cleanser & Vitamin C Brightening Serum

La Claire Beverly Hills makes skincare for anti-aging and acneic skin. They are a specialty brand out of Beverly Hills, California and are a salon oriented brand that is well known for its ability to clear up acne, help lighten hyperpigmentation and get aging skin on its way to a better place. I tried two of their products, the Ultra Clarifying Cleanser and the Vitamin C Brightening Serum.

1.7 fl.oz./50mL $28.00
This cleanser has specifically been formulated for oily, blemished skin. It is an extra strength wash, that uses the exfoliating action of salicylic acid to improve the appearance of blemished skin on the face or body. The clear, cleansing foam cleanses the skin without drying out the facial skin. A combination of AHAs and BHAs gives the skin a clear complexion while keeping it looking healthier. Formulated for blemish control in acne-prone skin, this extra strength foaming cleanser combines the natural antibacterial power of tea tree oil, with the synergistic exfoliating power of two Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Glycolic Acid and Lactic Acid, as well as Beta Hydroxy Acid, Salicylic Acid, to decrease clogged pores, clear up stubborn body acne and problematic facial acne. It has the highest amount of acids available without a prescription. Aloe helps to soothe and cool skin. Effective for inflamed and irritated acne on the face and body.
To Use: Apply 2 pumps to damp skin. Using circular motions, gently massage onto face and neck, avoiding the eyes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry. Use twice daily, morning and evening.

Vitamin C Brightening Serum
1 fl.oz./30mL $24.95

This brightening serum is a powerful antioxidant serum that stimulates collagen product and helps to reduce the signs of aging by repairing the damage done by free radicals and the sun. It can even help to protect against future damage. This serum enriches the skin, resulting in even brighter and firmer appearance, fewer fine lines and wrinkles, and a more even skin tone. Vitamin C helps to strengthen the collagen framework and maintain healthy skin. It reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Hyaluronic Acid is a powerful humectant that is a molecule that can hold 1000 times its own weight in water, it softens the skin and has powerful anti-wrinkle effects. Beta Glucan is a protect and repair molecule that increases natural self-protecting capabilities of the skin and accelerates skin recovery.
Directions: Wash and pat dry skin. Smooth a small amount evenly over face and neck. Allow to dry. Warning: For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place
I like to use the cleanser even if I don't have any eruptions to keep my skin looking clear. Then I use the Vitamin C serum after washing my skin and apply to my cleansed skin. In 2-3 weeks you should notice a difference in how your skin looks.

Review: COVERGIRL Full Spectrum Matte Ambition Mattifying Skin Primer SPF20 #COVERGIRL, #FullSpectrum #MatteAmbition #SkinPrimer #SPF20 #Primer

(product photo courtesy of www.covergirl.com

1.0 fl.oz./30mL $11.49
COVERGIRL'S new primer, Full Spectrum Matte Ambition Mattifying Skin Primer is perfect for any skin type. It contains SPF20 so that you can wear it under your makeup and at least have some SPF coverage, but if you don't have any in your foundation or moisturizer, it's okay. And it gives you a smooth, matte base for all of your makeup looks, even if it isn't a mattifying foundation. It extends the wear of your foundation to all day wear, is oil-free, calls for shine-free makeup, and is even great for acneic skin.

I like this primer more than most other ones, I like that it mattifies the skin and leaves it looking smooth like glass. It definitely does its job and does it without making the makeup look like a mask. I like how this makes foundation look smooth and soft looking. The SPF20 comes from Ensulizole 7%. This is a newer sunscreen ingredient that I had not seen before. It is a common sunscreen agent but was only approved in 1999. It's also known as phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid. Ensulizole is primarily a UVB protecting agent providing only minimal UVA protection. This means it doesn't provide full UVA/UVB protection. Because ensulizole is water-soluble, it has the characteristic of feeling lighter on skin. As such, it is often used in sunscreen lotions or moisturizers whose aesthetic goal is a non-greasy finish. That would make sense to use it is this primer.

COVERGIRL Full Spectrum Matt Ambition Mattifying Skin Primer SPF20 retails for $11.49 and can be found at www.ulta.com, Ulta Beauty, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid and Walmart. Like COVERGIRL on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/covergirl; Follow COVERGIRL on Twitter: @covergirl; Follow COVERGIRL on Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/covergirlxo/; Subscribe to COVERGIRL on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/CoverGirl; Follow COVERGIRL on Instagram: https://instagram.com/covergirl/; Follow COVERGIRL on Tumblr: http://covergirl.tumblr.com/; Follow COVERGIRL on Vine: https://vine.co/u/907771872836456448, Follow @COVERGIRLXO on Snapchat and Follow COVERGIRL on Google+: https://plus.google.com/+covergirl/videos

Review: AZIO Retro Classic Mouse Pad #AZIO #AZIOCORP #RetroClassicMousePad #MousePad #LeatherMousePad #BlackLeatherMousePad

I still use a desktop computer with a mouse. Yes, I am a dinosaur. But for blogging, I find that using a desktop is actually easier on my back and leg than using a laptop or a phone to blog. And for many years the mouse pad I used was from my children, a Clifford the Dog mouse pad. Until recently that is.

A few weeks ago I received this lovely AZIO Retro Classic Mouse Pad in Black ($49.99) from the company and it is wonderful. The mouse pad is especially large, which makes it easy to use. It is stripped of any excess and made in the minimalist style which is beloved in the AZIO Retro Classic Collection. Staying true to this philosophy and in order to accentuate the integrity of the material, the result is an elegant and enduring accessory made from imported vegetable-tanned leather and embossed with an AZIO logo insignia. Designed to weather with age, the Retro Classic Mouse Pad is offered in Black and Nude shades. It even comes with tiny little copper and black metal pieces to place on the insignia to show it off.

above: ring for insignia
I love the black one. It fits right in with my desk (which is also black) and makes the mouse glide with ease right across the pad. Dirt doesn't accumulate on the pad, which is also nice. If anything, it will accumulate on the mouse and that actually makes it easier to get off of the mouse and throw away. A lot of people do not use mouse pads that much anymore but this one would make a great gift for any occasion or just for yourself. I love mine and would actually purchase this because it is so nice. The fact that it is leather is what sets it apart from other less expensive, poorer quality products.

Review: COVERGIRL Outlast Active Cooling Setting Mist All Day Wear #COVERGIRL #OutlastActive #CoolingSettingMist #AllDayWear

(product photo courtesy of www.covergirl.com)

3.4 fl.oz./100mL $8.99
The latest in COVERGIRL's lineup is sure to help your look stay all day long. Outlast Active Cooling Setting Mist All Day Wear will seal your look making it smudge-proof, transfer-proof and humidity-proof. It locks makeup to stay in place all day long. The microfine mist formula offers a lightweight, breathable feel. Suitable for all skin types and has been dermatologically tested.

I love how easy it is to use, just point and spray at the face after you are done with your makeup, and voilà makeup is set for the entire day. It won't budge, melt or run. The only thing that will make this makeup disappear is if you swim or take it off with makeup remover. If your mascara is still a little wet, wait until it dries to spray it on, or your mascara might run a little bit after application. Otherwise, this is practically perfect.

COVERGIRL Outlast Cooling Setting Mist All Day Wear is available for $8.99 at mass market retailers such as Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid, Target and Walmart. Review: The Aromatherapy Beauty Guide by Danielle Sade #AromatherapyBeautyGuide #Aromatherapy #Beauty #Guide #EssentialOils #NaturalPersonalCareProducts

(product photo courtesy of www.robertrose.ca)

Care Products by Danielle Sade, BSc, CAHP
$24.95USA/$25.95CAN/£16.95UK
If you are interested in aromatherapy, The Aromatherapy Beauty Guide would be for you. It is a comprehensive look that provides a wealth of evidence-based information on a sensible and sound approach when it comes to creating your very own natural product formulas. There are clear and concise, easy to follow directions, for every skincare need.

The book is broken down into easy to digest sections:
  • The Foundation: includes information on everything from anatomy of the skin, the all important mind-body connection, skin types, skin aging, the science of skin care, and creating your own personal apothecary. All without chemicals and preservatives.
  • The Ingredients For Great Skin Care: Information on raw ingredients that you will need to get started (clays, flours, grains, carrier oils, essential oils, etc.). Ms.Sade discusses the essential properties of 16 carrier oils like coconut, jojoba and marula. Plant butters such as shea butter as well as herbals infusions are also featured for their healing and therapeutic properties.
  • Essential Oils: 35 essential oils are featured from Bergamot and Carrot Seed to Roman Chamomile. You will discover all you need to know about essential oils including the biosynthesis of essential oils, the genus and varieties as well as a directory of the oils best suited to your personal care and needs.
  • Creating Your Own Personal Care Products: over 100 formulations with easy-to-follow instructions on creating products for the face, body, bath, pregnancy, breastfeeding and hair as well as products for men are featured.
This book is extremely comprehensive. I like that it is broken up into sections. It goes fairly deep into each section, from basic skin care that everyone should know to extremely deep on topics such as essential oils and how to develop them into personal care products. Essential oils can be toxic when used improperly. It is of vital importance that they be used correctly, not directly on the skin (hence the carrier oils) and mixed with something like a salt or a clay to create a bath salt or a mask. I found this book to be fascinating. I especially liked the section on Essential Oils and all of their properties. It was extensive and covered so many different oils, including ones that usually do not make the cut in many books. It even discusses the chemical components of the essential oils, in case you are a chemist.

Here is a recipe for Honey Raw Exfoliant, which is great for dry skin. Honey is a humectant and draws moisture to the skin.

You will need: bowl style double boiler, small beaker, glass stir stick and glass bottle of about 2 oz. sprayed with 70% ethyl alcohol.

2 tbsp. organic raw honey
10 drops (o.5 mL) pomegranate extract
5 drops (0.25mL) benzoin EO
2 tbsp. (30mL) organic raw cane sugar

1. Set a heatproof glass bowl over a saucepan of hot (not boiling) water and heat until warm to the touch. Add honey and let melt completely. Remove from heat.
2. Add pomegranate extract and benzoin essential oil and stir well. While stirring, gradually add water.
3.Transfer to prepared bottle and seal tightly. Properly stored the exfoliant will keep for up to 2 weeks.

For an anti-inflammatory boost, substitute patchouli oil for the benzoin.

To Use: Wipe your face with a cloth soaked in warm water, using your fingers, gently massage the exfoliant onto slightly moist skin. Leave on for 1 minute, then gently rinse off with a cloth dampened with warm water. Follow with toner and moisturizer. Use 1-2 a week, in the evening.

As you can see, these recipes are involved and require some equipment and definitely some slight knowledge of oils (which you will learn in this book) as well as other ingredients (which you will also learn in this book). It is definitely a comprehensive guide that will give you the tools to make all of your own products should you desire to do so.

Danielle Sade, BSc, CAHP has over 30 years experience teaching and practicing complementary health practices where she creates educational certification programs in aromatherapy and also leads workshops in making natural product formulations for personal and professional use. She was inspired to write this book because of her own skin sensitivities that did not clear up after multiple visits to doctors. She took matters into her own hands and sought out natural medicine as a healing approach. She is the founder of Healing Fragrances School of Aromatherapy. She has been the President of the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists (CFA) for three different terms and is an active member of their educational committee. She lives in Toronto.

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is interested in trying to make their own natural products from essential oils, clays, salts and other ingredients. It might take a little bit of time and money, but if it is something you feel passionate about, go ahead and do it. It is definitely something you will not regret. I have done it before and loved the results. It is ultimately the matter of having fresh products and the space for them. Also making the time for making the products. It's very easy to do and is a fun thing to do with your teenage children, especially young women.

Review: HERLA Damask Rose Smoothing and Nutritive Exfoliating Mask #HERLA #DamaskRose #SmoothingNutritiveExfoliatingMask

(product photo courtesy of www.herlabeauty.com)

1.7 fl.oz./50mL $60.00

Usually when you think of an exfoliating mask, you think of something that will itch and burn your skin. Not always so though. I finally found a great mask that exfoliates the skin and leaves it in better condition. It is called the HERLA Damask Rose Smoothing and Nutritive Exfoliating Mask. This creamy light pink exfoliating mask will unveil silky smooth, glowing and nourished skin. It contains Damask rose oil, rosehip oil and black rose which are full of Vitamins A and E. These improve your skin's elasticity, smoothness and help to even out its tone. It also contains pomegranate, grape, fig and white mulberry to deliver necessary nutrients, brighten and clarify the skin and delay skin aging. Fruit acids from apples, grapefruits and lemons effectively exfoliate and refine your skin's texture. Ginkgo biloba and gromwell help to remove toxins and impurities from the skin.

After using your skin will feel soft, supple and nourished. It will not be red, irritated or at all feel like you just exfoliated your skin. This can be used on all skin types. I would highly recommend it for sensitive and mature skins. This is definitely a great product that even the most sensitive of skins could use.

To use, apply to cleansed face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse with warm water. Use 1-2 times a week. Great for any skin type including sensitive and acneic skin. I would even recommend this for skin with eruptions. It is very soothing to the skin and should help with redness and irritation.

Review: L'Oréal Paris Rouge Signature Lasting Matte Liquid Lipstick #LOREALPARIS #RougeSignature #LastingMatteLiquidLipstick #lipstick

(product photo courtesy of www.lorealparisusa.com)

L'Oréal Paris recently came out with a new lipstick formula that promises all of the color without any of the weight/texture associated with it. It is a full coverage, highly pigmented matte liquid lipstick called Rouge Signature Lasting Matte Liquid Lipstick. Essentially it is a lightweight colored ink that delivers intense pigment loads with a weightless, bare-lip sensation. This ultra-comfortable liquid matte colored ink provides lasting matte color and infuses lips with a healthy even dye of color. The no makeup feel of a stain combined with the color impact of a liquid lipstick. Use the precision doe-foot applicator to shape and line lips for a precise and perfectly applied pout. It comes in 12 shades.

I tried two shades: I Am Worth It and I Rule. I Am Worth It is a beautiful bright red and I Rule is a nude-mauve. Below you can see swatches and the color on my lips.

Here are swatches of the two shades I tried:
above left to right: I Rule and I Am Worth It
Here are the colors on my lips:
above: wearing I Am Worth It

above: wearing I Rule
I do like this type of lipstick. I find it easy to use, it lasts forever and doesn't come off unless I eat oily foods. I like the colors they have too. I would like to try some other shades of this to really see how well I like it. Like some of the bright purple or dark plum shades. Lately I have really been gravitating towards those. Also, I like that this lipstick feels weightless and dries to a matte finish. It doesn't come off on your coffee cup or when your kiss, it just sits there looking pretty. You can also adjust the coverage to your desired level with the amount of strokes you put on.

L'Oréal Paris Rouge Signature Lasting Matte Liquid Lipstick retails for $11.99 and can be found online at www.lorealparisusa.com, www.ulta.com and also at  mass market retailers such as Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid, Walmart, Target and Ulta. ACNE SPECIAL TOPIC: WHAT COULD BE CAUSING MY ACNE? PILLOWCASES! #Acne #AcneCauses #Pillowcases #AcneTreatments

ACNE SPECIAL TOPIC: WHAT COULD BE CAUSING MY ACNE? PILLOWCASES!

A couple of weeks ago I started a special series about what could be causing your acne. I have been treating acne for over 25 years now and I know it is extremely frustrating. You never know when a blemish will spring up, how bad it will be and you just know it's going to leave a red mark that will take forever to heal.

My first topic was cell phone acne. This topic will focus exclusively on pillowcases. Most people do not realize that pillowcases harbor an excessive amount of dead skin cells, dust mites, pore clogging sebum and bacteria. They become dirty very quickly and can actually cause acne to become worse. I am not sure how often you wash your sheets but if you suffer from acne, definitely change your pillowcases at least once a week.

That is one option. There are pillowcases on the market that actually fight acne bacteria. Now I have not personally tested any of these items, but I can tell you that using one of these might work better that your regular pillowcase alone. There are many options. I found the Noble Kleen Silver Acne Fighting Antimicrobial with PurThread Silver Technology ($35). It helps to reduce the bacteria that cause acne and has a patented antimicrobial technology that offers powerful acne fighting that does not wear off in the washing machine. There are a few brands that offer the silver technology, so look around for price options and pick the least expensive one.

Another option is the Déjà Pillowcase ($39). This is a pillowcase that has been designed to help fight acne, lighten the laundry load and make good skincare habits easy. It has layers you flip over so that you are actually sleeping on a new pillowcase each night for 8 nights. After the 8 nights are up you wash the pillowcase and start fresh.

Another interesting option is the Nawrap Binchotan Charcoal Pillowcase ($32), which is naturally antibacterial and anti-odor. This pillowcase has been infused with binchotan or Japanese oak charcoal, a naturally antimicrobial and anti-odor substance. With this item, your pillowcase will not get smelly or be a breeding ground for acne bacteria. It is made in Japan using traditional Japanese weaving techniques. The soft material has a net-like appearance because Nawrap used to make mosquito nets before they switched to home textiles. The weave construction is unique and the fabric is absorbent and strong.

Those are just some options I found while perusing the internet for ways to get rid of pillowcase acne. The cheapest way would be just to change your pillowcase more often, as I mentioned, once a week at least. Try to flip it over too. Don't forget there is another side to your pillowcase. One clean side waits over the other side.

I guarantee that if you do this one thing, your acne will be a little bit better. Not only is this one treatment option, it is very helpful at eliminating one of the causes of acne. Think of it as a win-win.

Until Next Time~
