Phyto-C Icy Blue
Phyto-C Skincare is a scientifically based skincare line with products geared toward visible, scientific results. The products are all treatment products. These are geared towards different skin types with different conditions, such as aging skin, oily skin, acneic skin, eczema, rosacea, and even psoriasis. The founders are scientists with knowledge of how the science plays the most important role in the skincare process. They believe that nature plays an important role in developing skincare formulations that work to prevent aging, help skin with eczema or psoriasis.

Phyto-C Icy Blue is a product that is for moisturizing, an anti-inflammatory and is also anti-allergenic. It provides intense hydration with hyaluronic acid by attracting water to the skin and binding it to plump up skin tissue, thus hydrating the skin. This gel also promotes healing and restores the skin to normalcy . It diminishes fine lines and wrinkles. It also nourishes the skin and enhances its elasticity. This great gel has anti-inflammatory properties to calm and soothe the skin. All skin types, even acneic skins, can use Phyto-C Icy Blue. The active ingredients are hyaluronic acid, Vitamin B5, kojic acid, menthol and centella asiatica extract. Kojic acid is an anti-oxidant and helps to fight fine lines and wrinkles. It also acts to lighten skin, working on melanocytes. It can also kill bacteria, helping to fight off acne blemishes. Menthol is a cooling agent, helping to make the skin feel cool and calm when the product is applied. Centella asiatica extract, also known as gotu kola, helps promote collagen production thus decreasing fine lines and wrinkles.

So, how does Icy Blue perform? When first applied it has a definite cooling sensation. This comes from the menthol in it. I would not use this near the eyes, as that would cause irritation and tearing. This definitely helps hydrate the skin, thanks to the hyaluronic acid. It immediately sinks into the skin. Skin definitely feels softer, more plump and well hydrated.

Phyto-C Icy Blue comes in two sizes 0.5 fl.oz./15 mL for for $45.00 or a 1 fl.oz./30 mL for $85.00. It can be purchased at www.myphyto-c.com.
