Rimmel London has a new mascara that promises tons of volume. Called WONDER’LASH Lift Me Up Mascara, the exclusive formula contains Cucumber Extract, vitamin E and botanical extracts, which helps lashes feel conditioned throughout the day. This mascara has a precision brush with soft, lash-hugging fibers that smoothly wrap around every lash with defined, clump free volume. The brush also stretches lashes all the way up. You get eye awakening volume, lift and length. The mascara instantly energizes with its light and refreshing scent. I was sent the Black shade to try out. It also comes in Extreme Black.
So how does it really fare? I think it is a pretty good mascara. I found that it does not take a lot of coats to get the best look on my puny lashes. I have fairly long, almost invisible lashes. I need volume, color and lift with my mascara. This one should fit the bill. And it does. After two coats of the product, my lashes are sufficiently coated and are what can only be described as beautiful looking lashes. I usually use two coats of mascara, no matter what the brand. I feel it is necessary just to get the most out of the product. I really like this mascara. I feel that it does give a great amount of volume, lift and length to my lashes. I especially like the lift it gives since my lashes tend to be droopy. It does not curl them necessarily but lifts them up and out so that they are not hanging in my eye so much. And the Black shade is a good black shade with great pigmentation. I think the Extreme Black shade would be even better. It would look killer on someone with brown and dark brown eyes.
