Recently I had the opportunity to test out StriVectin's new entry into the hair care realm. I tried out their maxiumum volumizing hair line. It contains 4 products that are supposed to help keep hair from being limp and lifeless. It's called Max Volume. They also have a Color Care line and an Ultimate Restore line for hair that needs some extra care. Below you can read about the 4 products and see how well they work for me. One thing that is common to the products is the Protensile Amplifying Complex. It is a powerful combination of hydrolyzed soy and vegetable proteins that promote hair's ability to retain moisture without adding weight.

I found this shampoo to be absolutely lovely. My hair is color treated, fine and very thick. I like that it helped to make my hair feel voluptuous, soft and full of body. My hair did not have any buildup from products after using this. It felt lighter, almost "fresh".

The conditioner is also for fine or flat hair. It increases the strand thickness for maximum volume. It amplifies body and bounce to the hair. And, it delivers radiance and luster without weighing hair down. It weightlessly nourishes and increases strand diameter for improved thickness and strength. Formulated with patented NIA-114™ and Protensile Amplifying Complex™, proteins form a a film around the hair shaft and panthenol penetrates strands to amplify body and bounce while providing weightless shine and luster. Hair is left full, soft and radiant. It is fragranced with bursts of fresh citrus. This product is free of: sulfates, phthalates, phosphates, and synthetic dyes. The conditioner left my hair feeling so soft and yet it was not flat or limp. My hair had bounce and manageability. I liked that my hair had lots of volume with these two products. Definitely made a difference than other products I had used in the past. The conditioner left my hair in great condition.
Root Lifting Spray 5 fl.oz./150mL $26.00
This spray instantly delivers volume at the roots that lasts all day long. It plumps strands weightlessly so that they are full of body and bounce, transforming even the finest strands of hair. What I love most about this product is how well it works. You spray the roots and INSTANTLY they are higher. It is a miracle product. I love how much more body you get with this product. How much volume you get. Hair is on steroids with this stuff! It is amazing. I never get so much lift at the roots with any other product. This is the best root lifting spray I have ever used, bar none.
Bodifying Radiance Serum 1.7 fl.oz./50 mL $35.00
This serum enhances body, volume and shine to even the finest strands of hair. It transforms UV rays into visible light for increased radiance without weighing hair down. And, it delivers softness, luster and enhanced lift. It actually remodlels hair strands for enhanced fullness. This makes my hair feel amazing. It makes my hair feel like silk. Hair is soft, shiny and silky. Hair looks radiant and has mega volume.
All in all, I loved the StriVectin Max Volume Hair Care line. It did a lot for my fine, unkempt hair. I would definitely recommend this for those with fine, flat hair. If you have color treated hair you can use this line without worry. The line is a great buy. StriVectin has done it again!
