This cream is definitely a high end moisturizer. I like how well it keeps my skin moisturized yet it isn't heavy at all. It does help with age related signs such as uneven skin tone (which I am bothered by) and fine lines and wrinkles. Since I have been using this I notice that my skin tone is more even and I look more luminous and do not have any fine lines on my face anymore.
