NEW essence makeup for fall/winter 2017/2018
essence makeup has so many new things for fall and winter. I was sent a couple of new things to try out and I am going to review them here for you. I love essence makeup. It is one of the highest quality cosmetics lines with the lowest price points. You really get your bang for your buck with this line!
This is a very light color correcting liquid concealer that helps to hide discolorations under the eyes, around the nose, etc. It comes in three shades: pastel pink, pastel yellow and pastel green. I tried pastel pink, which is perfect for under my eyes. It makes my eyes look bright and like they are wide awake. It is easy to blend too. I have very light skin and almost no discoloration under my eyes which is why this shade is perfect for me as a regular concealer.
The extreme lasting eye pencil is long-lasting, waterproof and comes in 6 shades: blacklove, but first espresso, black midnight sky, nighttime in the jungle, rockin' taupe and silky nude. It goes on like silk, does not tug at the eyes and does not smudge once it is set. I tried it in blacklove and it is a beautiful dark black shade.
the metals eyeshadow $3.99
the metals eyeshadow is a beautifully textured metallic eyeshadow that is baked with a glam effect. It has a smooth texture and when applied dry is lighter but when applied wet is even more intense and metallic. It comes in 9 shades: ballerina glam, frozen toffee, chocolate frosting, deep sea shimmer, silver twinkle, rose razzle dazzle, vanilla brilliance, rockin' glamour and patina glow. I tried ballerina glam and chocolate frosting (the two shades above). I love how beautiful they look on the eyes. You can create a really nice smoky effect with them.
the cushion eyeliner $3.99
This eyeliner is one of the best I have ever used. It is called the cushion eyeliner and is a gel eyeliner inside a cushion, similar to the latest foundations that are currently out on the market lately. Dip a brush into the eyeliner and apply to the eyelid. You might have to dip a second time, as the liner dries quickly. But it is worth it for how beautiful it is. It goes on easily, looks like a perfect winged liner and is coal black in color. This is one of my favorite products.
