I am a huge fan of liquid liners. They are the best way to get eye definition on the top lid without any smudging and possible migration of color, as well as being waterproof also. This Allure Best of Beauty Award Winner for 2013 delivers the most defined precise line. Eyestudio Master Precise ALL DAY Liquid Eyeliner Makeup is long-wearing, waterproof, smudge-proof and delivers a precise definition in just one stroke. This waterproof eyeliner features an ultra-fine tip that delivers the most defined, precise line. Ophthalmologist tested, dermatologist tested and fragrance free. Suitable for contact lens wearers and sensitive eyes. It comes in three shades: Black, Cobalt Blue and Forest Brown. I tried Black. 

To use:

• Step 1: Draw a smooth, even line by starting at the inner corner of the upper eyelid. 
• Step 2: Move the brush outwards.
• Step 3: Eyeliner is easily removed with Maybelline Expert Lash 100% Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover. 

What I love about this liner is that it goes on so precisely. It has the best tip that does not move around during application and the ink is very pigmented. It flows easily and doesn't seem to dry up too quickly. This liner is not only definitely waterproof but also definitely smudge-proof too. I adore how well it works on the upper lid. I have not tried it on the lower lid at all, because my eyes water and I am sure it couldn't stand up to my constant eye watering.
