Make Up For Ever HD Ultra Stick Foundation was created for the latest in high-definition technology in the film and television industries. Ultra HD Stick Foundation has an advanced formula that makes it look invisible on camera and to the naked eye. It is perfect for professional makeup artists or for anyone to use. This foundation feels like a second skin when on and provides medium to full coverage. It makes skin look flawless and natural. The exclusive 4K Complex guarantees invisible, natural and comfortable makeup. It has a creamy texture, it blends beautifully and conceals imperfections impeccably. This foundation is perfect for touch-ups too, so it can be carried with you in your makeup bag or used on set. The formula glides on like silk. It makes skin look even-toned, moisturized and has a soft satin finish. Great for all skin types, even dry skin. Ultra HD Stick Foundation comes in 21 shades for varied skin tones.

The shade I tried is 115=R230 Ivory. There are three shades lighter than that: 100 White, Y205 Alabaster and Y215 Yellow Alabaster. I definitely would not wear White. That would be used for Kabuki or theater.

Here is a photo of me wearing just the Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Foundation Stick in 115=R230 Ivory:

Here I am wearing the HD Foundation Stick and a full face of makeup, see how nice the foundation stick looks:

As you can see, the foundation stick provides medium to full coverage. It covers imperfections, blemishes, discolorations and freckles. The Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Foundation Stick in Ivory provides a smooth canvas for your makeup to be applied. Use after cleansing and applying sunscreen. First apply primer, I like Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Skin Booster ($41.00). Then apply the Ultra HD Foundation Stick and blend outwards. I even use it as concealer, because I do not have very bad dark circles under my eyes. It has that much coverage. Then apply some powder over the Ultra HD Foundation Stick to set the foundation. A great powder is Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Loose Powder ($36.00). Then you are ready to apply makeup!

I love how well this wore all day long. It didn't budge or transfer onto my clothes, which is unusual for a foundation that is not long-wearing. Once set it pretty much stays put. It is easy to blend too. You can easily use your fingers or a Beautyblender sponge. Either way it comes out to a beautiful finish. Definitely use powder to set it though, otherwise you might not get the foundation to set all day. And I highly recommend a primer too. I always use a primer. The best money you can spend in makeup are on the essentials like foundation, primer and powder. Those are what make your skin look perfect.
