SEPHORA House of Lashes Collection
When SEPHORA introducted this collection, I knew I wanted to review it. It looked goregeous to me. The little eyeshadow palettes were inspired by the French palace of Versailles, where I visited when I lived in Paris. Versailles exemplifies the most opulent home I have ever seen. It is nothing but gilded gold and silver, mirrors and everything is painted with frescoes. Colors abound. The same can be said for the two eyeshadow palettes. They are absolutely gorgeous.

$35.00 (originally $45.00)

This gorgeous palette is a limited-edition keepsake eyeshadow palette with 16 exclusive shades inspired by the secret gardens of Paris for you to create endless day-to-night looks. From soft neutrals to floral, romantic hues, this must have palette makes beauty effortless. The carefully curated shade range includes shimmery metallics and velvety mattes with a luxurious finish and high color payoff. The unique palette design with drawer is made to store your favorite House of Lashes eyelashes to enhance any look you create. Shades include the following: Water Lily, Lace, Nectar, Mist, Sweat Pea, Poppy, Dawn, Serenity, Maple, Buttercup, Brick, Sage, Feathered, Rust, Mahogany and Birch.

These shadows are very pigmented and wear all day long. I love how nicely they go on and how beautiful the colors are. The bright colors are very nice and look gorgeous on. The colors blend easily too and are soft and creamy. Each shade is well made and just looks gorgeous.

Here is a photo of the Secret Garden palette so you can see how vivid the colors are:

And here are some looks from the palette:

(Here I am wearing Buttercup on the lid with Rust in the crease and on bottom lid, Brick in transition and Nectar under the brow, Juliet liquid liner)

(Here I am wearing Mahogany in the crease and lower lid, Dawn on the upper lid, Lace under brow)

(Here I am wearing Buttercup on lid up to crease and Sweet Pea under brow, with Juliet liquid liner)

This collection of bright pastel liquid liners, inspired by the secret gardens of Paris by day, with an marvelous brush tip that makes precise application easy and quick. Brighten your eyes with these uncommon, pastel liquid liners. The super thin felt-tip applicator puts you in control, effortlessly lining the eye without smudging or fading. Refresh your makeup routine with the magic of the pastel-colored liners. The set contains the following colors: Iris, Juliet, Garden.

I love how bright the liners are. I only had a problem with Iris, it came out kind of chalky. But Juliet and Garden were gorgeous. Very brightly pigmented and stayed on all day long. It is unfortunate that I could not get Iris to work very well because that one would have looked dynamite with my green eyes.

Here are swatches of the colors:

You can see that Iris is barely visible. Whereas Juliet and Garden are very bright. They have excellent pigment. I think that was just my batch. I would still recommend purchasing these liners. They look gorgeous on.

I am very happy with these shadows and liners. I think this collection is excellent. Not only are the eyeshadows housed in little "vanity" like containers, but there are drawers in them that come with lash glue and little houses for House of Lashes eyelashes!!!!! They are so cute. I think it is so imaginative and adorable. To me this is genuinely creative.
